Hand Technique: Fist


FIST is one of seven Nia hand techniques that offer self-healing and conditioning benefits to your hands, wrists and fingers.  This move trains you to close all five finges toward the soft palm of your hand with the thumb on the outisde. Tip:  Maintain a straight line with the top of our fist and forearm bones. Sustain relaxation in the palm of of your hand, as if holding a blueberry.
